Overview

Corewell Health South Homecare provides high quality in‑home care from infants to geriatric patients. The unit offers a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000. Nurses are assigned territories for efficient scheduling and meaningful patient interactions.

The RN operates under the ANA scope, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge care. The RN delivers patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, follows Corewell Health policies, collaborates with patients and families for care planning, teaches health concepts, and documents education in the health record.

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide patient and family‑centered care in accordance with Corewell Health policies.
• Collaborate with patient/family to develop goals and plans of care.
• Teach and document patient and family education in the health record.

• Associate in Nursing (AS, ADN) within five years of graduation.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in State of Michigan.
• Driver’s license in State of Michigan.
• ACLS/AHA or ARC BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• One year of relevant experience in acute care, emergency, or rehabilitation facility.
• Graduation from a non‑accredited nursing program requires at least one year acute‑care experience or two years licensed health‑care role plus successful NCLEX passage.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Professional Building Meadowbrook – 2550 Meadowbrook Rd – Benton Harbor. Full‑time day shift: 8a.m. to 5p.m., Monday‑Sunday (variable weekends).
