Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds, and the ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
