Roofing Service Technician - Supervisor

• Handle commercial roof leak calls & repairs (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, coatings)
• Diagnose issues quickly and fix them right the first time
• Oversee small-to-mid-sized projects from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, materials, and timelines
• Communicate with property managers, building owners, and our internal team
• Document work with photos, reports, and recommendations

• Can climb a roof and also lead a job
• Takes ownership—
  no excuses, just solutions
• Understands commercial roofing systems (or can learn fast)
• Is organized, dependable, and communicates clearly
• Wants to grow into a key leader in a strong company
