Golf Shop Assistant

Overview

Point O' Woods Golf & Country Club is seeking an organized, personable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Golf Shop Assistant. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience at our private club.

The Golf Shop Assistant will primarily work in the golf shop, greeting members and guests, answering phone calls, checking players in for their rounds, and assisting with any questions or needs that arise throughout the day. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

This position is ideal for someone currently working in the golf industry or for an individual looking to begin a career in the golf business and gain valuable experience in a private club environment. Candidates with prior golf experience may also have the opportunity to assist with tournaments, outings, leagues, and junior golf programming.

• Seasonal position:
  May 15 through October 1 (dates can be flexible)
• 35-40 hours per week (with occasional additional hours during peak season)
• Weekend availability required
• Various shift hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
