Benton Utilities is seeking an energetic, organized, and community-minded professional to join our team as Community Engagement & Administrative Support. This position serves as a key link between Benton Utilities and our customers while providing administrative support to the General Manager's Office.

In this role, you will:

• Build and strengthen relationships with community organizations, schools, and local businesses.
• Coordinate outreach programs, community events, and recruitment partnerships.
• Support employer branding and promote Benton Utilities as an employer of choice.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager's Office.
• Represent Benton Utilities with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
