Reports To:
Deputy Team Leader/Team Lead
Work Hours:
12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Shift assignments may change based on operational needs.
Safety Sensitive:
This position is designated as safety and security sensitive and is subject to pre-employment, reasonable suspicion and random drug and alcohol screening.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include:
- High school diploma or GED; specialized training in data processing, clerical/administrative tasks, or equipment operation.
- 12–18 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ACIC Advanced Certification (required within first year)
- FEMA 100, 144, 200, 242, 700, 800, 907, and 1200 Courses
- Priority Dispatch Emergency Telecommunicator Course
- Priority Dispatch Emergency Medical Dispatch Course
- Arkansas Smart
911 PSAP Console Training - MCDR-1 Missing Children Course
- Communication Training – Problem Solving and Decision-Making Training
Advanced data entry proficiency.
USE OF MACHINES, EQUIPMENT AND/OR COMPUTERSRegular use of highly complex machines, equipment, and advanced software programs.
WORKING CONDITIONSSomewhat disagreeable conditions; exposure to noise, intermittent standing, walking, pushing, carrying, or lifting. Some travel possible; work may occur in evenings or nights.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONSModerate noise level.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIESHighly repetitive tasks requiring concentration. Sit for extended periods and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. May lift up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Starting salary: $39,152 annually.
- 12-h shift schedule; specific shift may vary.
- Safety-sensitive position requiring physical alertness.
- Pre-employment physical and drug screen; random drug screens during employment.
- Bilingual pay available upon proficiency.
