Position OverviewThe Superintendent is the on‑site leader responsible for driving execution, production and accountability in the field. This role owns the day‑to‑day performance of the job site ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule and to Live Co's quality standards. You implement plans, drive trades, solve field problems and keep the site moving forward while holding standards and expectations.
What You'll Do- Lead and coordinate all on‑site construction activities
- Drive daily and weekly production to stay on or ahead of schedule
- Manage subcontractors and enforce accountability to scope, quality, and timelines
- Plan ahead - understand trade sequencing and material lead times
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and job site compliance
- Conduct regular site walks to ensure workmanship and progress meet expectations
- Solve field issues quickly to prevent delays and disruptions
- Communicate real‑time updates to the Project Manager and General Superintendent
- Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
- Leads from the front, sets the standard for work ethic across the entire project
- First on‑site when needed, last to leave when required to hit critical milestones
- Holds people accountable and pushes when necessary to keep progress moving
- Plans ahead and makes quick, sound decisions in the field
- Communicates clearly with trades, leadership, and project teams
- Maintains composure under pressure and keeps the job running smoothly
- Protects company culture internally and client experience externally
- 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience
- Strong ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on schedule
- Deep understanding of construction drawings and field execution
- Proven leadership presence on active job sites
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills
- Experience with Procore or a similar construction management tool
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
$80,000 - $110,000 per year
