Speech Language Pathologist; SLP - Benton, AR

A K-12 educational institution in Benton, AR seeks a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to fulfill five full‑time contract positions for the current school year. These roles involve working across elementary, middle, and high school levels within a diverse student population.

• Valid Speech‑Language Pathology credentials (SLP and CCC certification required)
• Experience serving students with mixed needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), articulation, and general speech therapy
• Proven ability to manage caseloads of approximately 45 students
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for working effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Provide comprehensive speech‑language evaluations and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with district standards and student goals
