Lead Teacher — Bryant AR Your role

As a Lead Teacher at Child Development Schools, you will take ownership of a classroom and be the primary educator for the children and families in your care. Your day‑to‑day focus will be on creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment where children develop socially, emotionally, and academically.

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate lessons and activities aligned with developmental milestones for the age group.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements at all times.
• Observe and document each child’s development and communicate progress regularly with families.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with parents and caregivers through daily communication and scheduled conferences.
• Collaborate with your co‑teacher and center leadership to maintain consistency and quality across the program.
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and developmental assessments.

Pay: $13–$15 per hour, based on experience and education.
