* Position Overview:

** We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teacher to join our team in one of the following classrooms:
** Infant, Toddler, or Preschool**, depending on experience and staffing needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, understands developmental milestones, and is ready to contribute to a safe, engaging, and enriching classroom environment.###
** Responsibilities:
*** Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with our hybrid nature-based curriculum
* Foster a nurturing, stimulating, and supportive classroom atmosphere
* Maintain daily communication with parents using Brightwheel
* Promote positive behavior and model respect, kindness, and empathy
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
* Observe and document developmental progress and milestones
* Collaborate with other teachers and leadership to maintain a cohesive learning environment
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with DHS and Better Beginnings standards###

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
* Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed childcare setting
* Must meet all DHS requirements, including background checks and trainings
* Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset
* Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of young children
