Position Overview
Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehabilitation to join a respected healthcare organization in Benton, Arkansas
. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and other physical conditions, helping them restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through individualized rehabilitation programs.
As a member of a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team, you'll work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care in a supportive clinical environment. This full‑time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $94,000 – $114,000 annually and provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth while making a lasting impact on the lives of your patients.
Required Qualifications- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
- Strong critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple patient care responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful clinical environment and respond appropriately to changing patient needs.
- Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Experience treating a diverse orthopedic and neurological patient population.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills.
- Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous professional development.
