ALP is looking for a talented and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is open to relocating to the Greensboro area in North Carolina. This is a unique opportunity because if you join the team, we will assist with relocating you to your new home! Not just cut a check, but actually provide real support and services that have been identified with the specific intention of making this kind of transition as smooth an experience as possible.

• Personal relocation concierge: your single point of contact from offer through move-in (proactive outreach within 24 hours of acceptance).
• Pre-decision support for you and your family: real cost estimates, tax implications, virtual/onsite area tours, and Q&A so you can choose with confidence.
• Temporary housing Assistance: (target ~30 days) and options for duplicate-housing support if needed.
• Household goods moved stress-free: professionally coordinated (pack, transport, unload) with full-replacement valuation—or a supported self-move if you prefer.
• Lease-break assistance and vehicle solutions: (ship or tow) so logistics never slow you down.
• Mortgage guidance via preferred lenders to secure competitive programs and smooth pre-approval.
• Fast reimbursements: (ACH, expense portal; many vendors direct-bill).
• Expanded family support (where applicable): partner career resources, cross-cultural/language training, education consulting, pet coordination.

• Potential Base Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
• Bonus:
  Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years - we'll show you how during the first interview)!
• Time off & schedule: ~23 paid days annually (company holidays + 1 floating + 15 PTO days that start accruing Day
  1). Hybrid flexibility; generally Mon-Fri with limited evenings you control; no Saturday expectation.

• Hybrid Role:
  Combination of in-person (in-home, school, and/or center-based) supervision support with potential remote flexibility of up to 50% of your in-home cases
• Onboarding: 60+ hours over 3-4 weeks (clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessments) + weekly office hours/1:1 support.
• Learning:
  Monthly CEUs; access to CASP’s 75+ CEU courses; 10 annual CEUs via ALP (IMPACT conference + live sessions); clear pathways from BCBA ->

  Assistant Clinical Director ->

  Senior Clinical Director.
• Culture & infrastructure:
  Clinician-led leadership (BCBAs all the way up to the CEO), DEI council engagement, study support for BCBA candidates, in-house RBT training, and strong Support Center partners (intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, scheduling).

• Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support:
  Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring that they are implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
