• Collaborate with customers, Software Engineers, and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
• Participate in the full software development life cycle on Agile scrum teams in various roles
• Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impacts
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology

• 1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
• The Open Framework Group (TOGAF) certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
