ACDI is looking for a detail‑oriented and growth‑minded Digital Marketing & Web Coordinator to support our website, reseller portal, internal intranet, and digital marketing platforms.

This is a marketing‑focused role, not a back‑end development position. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with websites, content, digital tools, and data and is excited to grow their skills in digital marketing, marketing technology, user experience, SEO, and AI‑assisted workflows.

Responsibilities Website & Digital Content Management
  • Maintain and update content across ACDI’s website, reseller portal, and internal intranet.
  • Create and update landing pages, product pages, event pages, resource pages, forms, and calls to action.
  • Publish blogs, product updates, gated content, and campaign materials.
  • Review pages regularly for accuracy, outdated information, broken links, formatting issues, and missing assets.
  • Ensure digital content is clear, organized, brand‑compliant, and easy to navigate.
  • Support website redesign and improvement projects alongside external agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
Digital Campaign Support
  • Confirm that landing pages, links, forms, downloads, and calls to action work correctly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to publish campaign materials and trackable digital resources.
  • Test pages, forms, workflows, and digital tools before they go live.
  • Identify and resolve basic website and campaign issues.
  • Assist with gated‑content workflows and lead‑capture processes.
Reseller Portal, Resource Hub, and Intranet Support
  • Organize partner‑facing collateral, product materials, training resources, videos, one‑pagers, presentations, and case studies.

  • Improve the structure and usability of ACDI’s reseller portal and internal intranet.
  • Work with internal teams to gather content, images, documents, and updates for digital platforms.
  • Help employees and reseller partners find the resources they need quickly and easily.
SEO, Analytics, and Reporting
  • Assist with basic website and digital campaign reporting.
  • Monitor website traffic, page performance, form submissions, resource downloads, and campaign activity.
  • Support basic on‑page SEO updates, including page titles, headings, meta descriptions, keywords, and internal links.
  • Use data to identify popular resources, outdated pages, and opportunities to improve the digital experience.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting across campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Share regular insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
Marketing Technology and AI Tools
  • Learn and use tools such as Word Press, Hub Spot, Zoho, Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, and other marketing platforms.
  • Explore practical uses of AI tools to improve content updates, reporting, organization, and marketing workflows.
  • Document repeatable processes for website updates, campaign launches, and resource management.
  • Stay curious about new tools and bring forward ideas that can improve efficiency and the user experience.
Collaboration and Project Coordination
  • Gather information and coordinate digital updates with internal teams.
  • Support communication with external web agencies, vendors, and contractors.
  • Manage multiple small projects, updates, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ask questions, communicate progress, and follow through on assigned tasks.
