Job Description
Licensed Manager/ Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations at Walmart, overseeing predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area. Lead a team of technicians to ensure buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for associates and customers.
Compensation- Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000
- Compensation based on skill set, experience, geographic location, level of job offer, qualifications, and other job‑related factors.

- Approximately 50% or more travel within the region; maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
- Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required.
- Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date contractor licenses to uphold good standing with authorities.
- Participate in training programs to stay current on regulatory requirements, including site inspections for compliance and quality standards.
- Obtain and secure necessary permits and schedule inspections per mechanical and building codes.
- General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3‑5 years preferred.
- Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.
- Leadership skills – ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving skills – root cause and breakdown analysis experience.
- Customer service orientation.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- PMP Certification.
- Lean Six Sigma.
- Master Plumber certification.
