A leading company within the structural steel industry is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage complex steel construction projects across fabrication, erection, and project delivery.
- Manage project cost, schedule, and scope
- Coordinate detailing and engineering activities
- Collaborate closely with fabrication and erection teams
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Manage change orders and commercial matters
- Oversee procurement and delivery schedules
- Produce forecasts, reports, and project updates
- Mentor and support junior project management staff
- Lead multiple complex structural steel projects independently
- Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
- Strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage projects autonomously from award to completion
