The (USA) Store Manager - Supercenter leads facility operations by developing and executing strategic plans aligned with company goals. This role directs management and associates to ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance. The manager fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance while addressing workforce challenges through recruitment, training, and development. Serving as a community representative, the manager builds partnerships and drives engagement.

This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex environments to achieve business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.

The Store Manager leads a committed team dedicated to delivering exceptional store operations and customer service. This team drives financial success by executing strategic plans, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to company standards. They emphasize continuous development through coaching and growth opportunities for all associates. Collaborating effectively, the team maintains high standards in merchandising, safety, and operational excellence. Develop and communicate a strategic vision aligned with company and local market plans to guide store operations and merchandising. Lead, mentor, and develop management and hourly associates, fostering engagement and addressing workforce challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and asset protection through proactive oversight and corrective action. Drive financial performance by managing sales, expenses, budgets, and forecasting based on economic and community trends.

Champion customer service excellence, resolving issues and maintaining high standards across all store levels. Represent the company in community outreach and media engagements, promoting corporate programs and initiatives. Support talent development, succession planning, and a culture of continuous learning and integrity.

Proven leadership experience in retail management with the ability to develop and mentor teams. Strong strategic planning skills to align store operations with company goals and market demands. Expertise in driving financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial statements. Ability to manage complex compliance requirements and maintain high standards of safety and asset protection. Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on resolving issues and enhancing the customer experience.

Experience in recruiting, training, and retaining talent in a competitive labor environment. Effective communication skills to engage associates, management, and external stakeholders.
