Walmart Connect Ad Manager

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of day-to-day Walmart Connect campaigns and help us get better every week.

This isn’t a big agency role. It’s closer to an apprenticeship. You’ll learn how I think about campaigns, budgets, and optimization, then start owning more and more of it yourself.

The goal is simple: do great work, build systems, and make your job easier over time.

• Run and improve Walmart Connect campaigns across search and display
• Follow a clear optimization flow (bids, budgets, keywords, search terms, pacing)
• Look at performance weekly and call out what actually matters
• Make changes and explain them in plain English
• Spot trends, opportunities, and issues early
• Join client and WMC calls when needed

• Getting reps and learning fast
• Taking on more responsibility over time
• Helping build tools and workflows so we’re not doing things manually forever
• Thinking like an owner, not just executing tasks

I want someone smart who I can trust with real responsibility, not someone waiting for step-by-step instructions.

• Experience with Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, or Google Ads
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to figure things out and improve systems
