The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for administering medications safely and effectively under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, working as part of a team to promote a safe and therapeutic environment with patient safety as the priority. Compassion, respect for all individuals, the ability to remain calm in escalated situations, and teamwork are key to success in this role.

QualificationsJob Requirements Include:
- One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CPR and Handle With Care/Verbal De‑escalation certification required and can be offered upon hire at the facility.
- Must be licensed in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Arkansas.
