Join our team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Physicians. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality patient care. As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

you'll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

  • Performs duties as assigned and requested.
  • Completes focused patient assessments and reassessments based on patient's condition, procedures, medications, and treatments.
  • Adequately assesses and reassesses pain; utilizes appropriate pain‑management techniques.
  • Provides patient care and communicates effectively with patients of all ages and with specific needs.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of medications and ensures correct administration following the six rights to minimize medication errors.
  • Assists physicians with procedures and provides services requiring technical and manual skills.
  • Performs treatments and delivers care within license's scope.
  • Ensures patient safety by performing all aspects of care in an environment that reduces the likelihood of errors.
  • Operates and manages equipment safely and correctly.
  • Educates patients and families on disease processes and recovery expectations.
  • Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
  • Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts/units as needed.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current state or compact state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • BLS Required
  • Previous Women's Services experience required
  • Licenses:
    Must have a current state or compact state RN license.
  • Education:

    Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
