Assessment and Referral Registered Nurse (RN)
Night Shift 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. / Saturday and Sunday / Not remote-Not PRN
Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is an 80‑bed full‑service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, AR.
The Admissions and Referral Registered Nurse (RN) renders professional nursing care during the assessment and admission process. Practices ongoing patient assessment through observation of physical and behavioral symptomatology. Documents all data accurately in a timely manner. Participates in formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implements plan according to hospital policy. Communicates pertinent data to other service areas as needed.
Encompasses responsibilities delegated to A & R representatives as regularly needed.
The Registered Nurse (RN) operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Rules and Regulations of Registered Nurses outlined by the Arkansas Board of Nursing and according to agency operating policies, protocols, and standards.
