How you'll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

* Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors

* Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluation overall plan daily for effectiveness.

* Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, provider, patient and family following chain of command as appropriate.

* Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

* Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

* Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient protecting patient's rights.

What we're looking for:

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

* BLS Required

* ACLS Preferred

* 1 year Cath Lab experience required

* Call rotation required

* On Call Required

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
