This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
ResponsibilitiesIn a patient-focused care environment, the Case Manager/UR Nurse/Liaison is responsible for organizing, maintaining, implementing, and evaluating systems for expediting patient pre‑admission evaluation and follow‑up for admission to Baptist Health Post Acute Services. This position will also assist Social Work in submitting clinical information to insurance companies for continued stay approval. The Coordinator effectively manages departmental functions in a cost‑effective manner.
Qualifications- Graduate of a legally approved school/College of Nursing
- Current Arkansas RN licensure
- BSN preferred
- MSN preferred
- 1–3 years RN experience
- 1 year management experience (preferably in Nurse Liaison or Case Management)
