Assessment and Referral Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN/Not Remote
Shift: PRN Day Shift 7a - 7p
Responsibilities- Handle a variety of patient situations and populations.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with referral sources.
- Provide professional nursing care within the assessment and admission process.
- Perform ongoing patient assessment through observation of physical and behavioral symptomatology.
- Document all data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implement plans according to hospital policy.
- Communicate pertinent data to other service areas as needed.
- Delegate responsibilities to Admissions & Referral representatives as required.
- Operate in accordance with competency guidelines and the full scope of practice outlined by the Arkansas Board of Nursing and agency policies.

- Must hold an AR RN license or be license-eligible.
