Assessment and Referral Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN/Not Remote

Shift: PRN Day Shift 7a - 7p

• Handle a variety of patient situations and populations.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with referral sources.
• Provide professional nursing care within the assessment and admission process.
• Perform ongoing patient assessment through observation of physical and behavioral symptomatology.
• Document all data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implement plans according to hospital policy.
• Communicate pertinent data to other service areas as needed.
• Delegate responsibilities to Admissions & Referral representatives as required.
• Operate in accordance with competency guidelines and the full scope of practice outlined by the Arkansas Board of Nursing and agency policies.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold an AR RN license or be license-eligible.
