This position is part of Lifepoint Health’s commitment to making communities healthier. As an RN in our 17‑bed Rehabilitation unit, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and report to the Director or Manager of Department.

Schedule:
3x12’s 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
The Rehabilitation unit delivers patient‑centered care to individuals with acute and sub‑acute needs. Nurses follow the nursing process in compliance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
How You’ll Contribute- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation of medical necessity in the medical record.
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Conduct timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
Applicants must have a current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- BLS required.
- ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
- One year of experience preferred.
