Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health – Saline Memorial Hospital, Benton, AR

Saline Memorial Hospital is a 177‑bed hospital in Benton, Arkansas, part of Lifepoint Health.

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Performs plan‑of‑care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care given.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

• Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
• AHA Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee or a Compact State with proper Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days of hire.
• Previous behavioral health experience preferred.
