Job Type: Full‑Time | Nights

Schedule: NIGHTS 6:30PM – 7:00AM

Join our 29‑bed Behavioral Health unit as an RN. You will provide compassionate care to patients, assess needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety. Your collaboration with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs enhances a high‑quality, patient‑centered environment.

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with scope and standards of practice.
• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharge, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Evaluate learning needs of patients and families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, and condition.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.

• Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• R N license in Tennessee or a Compact State with proper Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days of hire.
• Previous behavioral health experience preferred.
