Our Rehabilitation unit has 17 beds, and our team provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and reports to the Director or Manager of Department.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.
