Hospice Home Care in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a compassionate RN Case Manager to provide patient-centered hospice care across Garland, Hot Springs, Pike, Nevada, and Montgomery Counties.
You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, manage pain and symptoms, and educate families, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and participating in on-call rotation.
A valid AR nursing license, driving need, and a hospice background are preferred.
