MEAT CUTTER

Harps Food Stores - 1515 Highway 5 North - Responsibilities:
Support meat department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Assist in ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, supply use and inventory preparation;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, displays, and signing;
Follow food safety production guidelines for fresh food preparation, packaging, labeling according to company/regulatory requirements;
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and customer service aligned with Harps values
