This role is responsible for ensuring the right products are available in the right stores, at the right time, and in the right quantities. You will play a key role in supporting stock allocation, replenishment planning, inventory management, and performance reporting to help drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities Stock Allocation- Allocate stock to stores based on business requirements and allocation strategies.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Balance inventory across stores to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor and resolve stock allocation issues.
- Monitor store stock levels and replenish merchandise based on sales trends and stock parameters.
- Minimise stock-outs while avoiding overstocking.
- Review replenishment recommendations and make adjustments where required.
- Ensure timely replenishment of seasonal and core merchandise
- Monitor stock availability across distribution centres and stores.
- Identify slow-moving and excess stock and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyse sales and inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track key KPIs including stock availability, stock turn, weeks of cover, and sell-through.
- Work closely with Buyers, Merchandise Planners, and Merchandise Administration teams.
- Communicate stock shortages, delivery delays, and replenishment challenges.
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Retail Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years' experience in retail planning, allocation, replenishment, stock control, inventory management, or merchandise administration.
- Retail experience will be advantageous
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Data analysis and reporting
- Ability to interpret sales and inventory reports.
- Knowledge of retail replenishment and inventory management principles.
- Experience with merchandise planning systems will be advantageous
