Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical-related disturbances, visitor issues, and facility alarms, and/or escalating to the appropriate on-site personnel or emergency services;
Control access points by monitoring entries and exits, verifying authorization as required, and assisting with visitor direction and basic check-in processes in support of security-related protocols;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
