Appliance Repair Technician
Position SummaryWe are seeking skilled Appliance Repair Technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, working with their hands, and improving the lives of families in their community. This role provides a fun and supportive team environment, ongoing training, and a strong work‑life balance with no nights or weekends required.

- Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
- Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of services.
- Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
- Collect payment for completed work.
- 2+ years of experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- At least 18 years old.
- EPA certification.
- Sealed system repair experience.
- Pay: $20.00 – $60.00+ per hour (based on experience and performance, with bonus and commission opportunities).
Compensation $20-60
