Maintenance Tech

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn. While knowledge of restaurant equipment is desired, we are open to training the right individual.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment, including but not limited to ovens, fryers, refrigerators, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and supply inventory.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, implementing effective solutions.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and preventative maintenance techniques.
• Familiarity with restaurant equipment and fixtures is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
