We have provided homes and businesses throughout Benton, Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, and Malvern with quality craftsmanship for all of their handyman needs. We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Handymen with skills in multiple trades.

The successful candidate will be an independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to quality work and customer service. You will complete tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner and work a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (8 am–5 pm) with no weekend work.

• Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical work
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and professionally
• Excellent communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Presentable appearance, decent vehicle, organized tools
• Strong desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy being part of a winning team
• Independent and punctual with a high level of integrity

• Assess property needs and communicate potential repair or service opportunities to customers
• Execute a variety of home repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across multiple trades
• Maintain a clean‑cut appearance and professional conduct at all times
• Earn customer confidence and promote additional work when appropriate
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver top‑quality service
