Part-Time Mail Room & Newspaper Delivery Associate
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Wednesday:
Newspaper delivery route (company vehicle provided).
Position Summary: The Mail Room & Newspaper Delivery Associate supports daily production and distribution operations in a part-time capacity. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities- Insert, label, bundle, and prepare newspapers for distribution.
- Assist with mail room and production operations as directed.
- Load and unload newspapers and related supplies.
- Operate a company vehicle to complete the Wednesday newspaper delivery route.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must successfully pass a motor vehicle background check.
- Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in warehouse, production, or delivery operations is preferred, though not required.
Training:
No prior experience is necessary. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to all qualified candidates.
