Accounts Payable Specialist

We are partnering with an established company in Bentonville, Arkansas, to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and dependable accounting professional with two or more years of accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounts payable function by processing vendor invoices and payments, coding invoices, reconciling accounts, managing expense reports, communicating with vendors, and assisting with month-end close activities.

This is a fully onsite position based in Bentonville, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working alongside their team and contributing to a collaborative office culture.

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with invoice coding, vendor management, payments, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Net Suite, Ramp, or multi-location accounting experience would be a plus
