The (USA) Manager, Account Receivable, leads the management and oversight of accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls. The Accounts Receivable team is essential in safeguarding the organization’s financial accuracy by managing payments and customer account reconciliation. The team handles billing, dispute resolution, cash application, and collections while ensuring a clean general ledger. Members collaborate to maintain high standards of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Oversee accounts receivable processes ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
- Analyze financial data to assess impacts of accounting standard changes on statements and transactions.
- Manage accurate documentation, billing, accruals, and reconciliations in alignment with regulatory frameworks.
- Lead internal control reviews, testing, and reporting to support audit readiness and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational issues, improve workflows, and maintain service excellence.
- Utilize data analysis to identify root causes and implement process improvements for financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Support month-end close activities and provide timely, precise financial submissions.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and standard accounting practices, including GAAP and IFRS frameworks.
- Proven experience in financial statement analysis, account reconciliation, and billing operations.
- Expertise in internal controls, auditing, and regulatory compliance within financial reporting environments.
- Ability to analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and apply business strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships and communicating complex financial information effectively.
- Skilled in automation tools and data management to enhance accuracy and streamline workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
