Base Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000
Performance Bonus: Up to 10–20% based on execution and operational impact

The RoleBespoke Private Wealth is a growing advisory platform serving investors, families, and business owners. The founder also operates a consulting practice and a wine distribution company.
We are hiring an Executive Assistant who will serve as the operational anchor across all three businesses.
This role combines precision scheduling, operational systems management, event coordination, and disciplined marketing execution.

Core Responsibilities Executive Scheduling & Time Protection (Primary Function)You will own the founder’s calendar across multiple businesses and personal commitments.
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, prospect calls, internal reviews, travel, and personal obligations
- Prevent scheduling conflicts before they happen
- Maintain structured scheduling protocols
- Manage confirmations and reminders with discipline
- Protect the founder’s time and focus
Precision in scheduling is non-negotiable.
Systems & Operational Infrastructure- Maintain CRM discipline (contact records, pipelines, follow-ups, documentation)
- Build repeatable workflows for onboarding, quarterly reviews, events, and compliance deadlines
- Track commitments across entities
- Triage correspondence and flag priorities
- Coordinate travel logistics end-to-end
- Maintain organized file systems and task management tools
You are responsible for operational clarity.
Events & Client Experience- Plan and execute client appreciation events, wine dinners, and prospect gatherings
- Coordinate vendors (venues, catering, AV, logistics)
- Run day‑of event logistics
- Represent the firm professionally in high‑net‑worth environments
This is execution-focused, not strategy creation.
- Maintain content publishing calendar
- Schedule social media posts across platforms
- Coordinate email campaigns
- Create basic visual assets in Canva (event graphics, social posts, simple client communications)
- Ensure blog posts and lead magnets are properly published and formatted
- Track and report simple marketing metrics monthly
- Coordinate with outside vendors when applicable
You do not need to be a designer or strategist — but you must be detail-oriented and consistent.
Performance Bonus StructureBonus is tied to:
- Calendar accuracy and scheduling discipline
- CRM cleanliness and follow‑up reliability
- Event execution quality
- Marketing consistency (content posted on time, campaigns executed cleanly)
- Process improvements implemented
High ownership = higher bonus.

Year 2+:
- Own projects end-to-end
- Improve systems proactively
- Take on broader operational oversight
