Summary
Seeking an organized and dependable Field Administrative Assistant to support field operations during disaster response efforts for the Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company. This seasonal role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely communication between field teams, contractors, and management. Candidates should thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments and be willing to travel and adapt quickly to changing needs.
These positions are seasonal; activated roles may require short‑notice travel, lasting from several days to a few weeks, possibly longer, and candidates must be available to deploy within 24‑72 hours of notification.
Disaster Response Locations in Arkansas.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide on‑site administrative support to field operations teams during active disaster response.
- Set up and manage temporary field offices or check‑in locations.
- Maintain accurate records including sign‑in sheets, deployment logs, expense tracking, timesheets, and field activity reports.
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination among employees, contractors, and supervisors.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports or updates as needed.
- Handle data entry and document uploads into systems or shared platforms.
- Ensure office supplies, PPE, and field forms are stocked and organized.
- Serve as a point of contact for field personnel needing logistical or administrative assistance.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior administrative, office coordination, or logistical experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel on short notice and work extended shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Must be able to work in challenging field conditions (hot/cold weather, temporary office settings, etc.).
- Experience working in disaster recovery, emergency response, or construction field environments is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
