Job Description

This Office Coordinator is a part-time, onsite, 20-hour-per-week position that will support and assist our Bentonville sales team. This position will assist with customer and internal meetings, generate emails and reports, maintain office supplies and assist with analytical reporting and presentation.
The position will be in person Monday
- Thursday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist leaders and other team members with day-to-day activities including travel, expense reports and office presentation including samples, food, drink and other office supplies.
  • Assist with customer/internal meetings and special event coordination as instructed.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management and see the programs through to completion.
  • Generate emails and reports when appropriate.
  • Assume responsibility for proper third-party maintenance of office including computers, printers, copiers, cleaning crew and other vendors.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information.
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
  • Assist with analytical reporting and data entry.
  • Manage workflow by ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Must be dependable and punctual.
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and team members.
  • Must demonstrate effective problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work in office Monday
    - Thursday for 20 hours per week
Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $23.00 (Hourly.) Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. Jack Link’s provides a variety of benefits to eligible Team Members, including medical, dental and vision benefits, life and disability insurance, 401k participation, paid holidays, and paid time off.
