Position Summary
Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Health & Wellness Growth & Partnerships and the Vice President of Health & Wellness, Optical Lead

- Demonstrating a proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react efficiently with independent judgment.
- Planning, managing, and executing large scale events and meetings.
- Establishing and fostering effective relationships with all levels of internal and external partners.
- Managing meetings, including editing/creating slide decks and broad communications, running conference line or webinar/video conference.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestic and international (flights, hotel, train and car service, etc.).
- Balancing multiple tasks in support of numerous team members.
- Solving problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Preparing/submitting expense reports as needed through Concur system.
- Coordinate and capture agenda for key meetings including:
Weekly Staff meeting, other ad hoc team meetings, Mentor meetings, etc. - Team building: help with direct report team building events/activities.
- Culture building: help with broader organization culture building (e.g., holiday fun, Birthday recognition, etc.).
- Advanced computer skills with MS Teams, One Note, MS Office Suite
- MS PowerPoint presentation skills
- Experience with travel planning

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in field, administration, operations, or related area.
