Members provide administrative support, conduct quality control, and facilitate training. - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Support management by preparing training materials, agendas, and information packets for meetings.
- Assist in research and review of process changes, communicating impacts to leadership and ensuring compliance with business controls.
- Create and validate documentation adhering to company standards and perform quality checks on processed data.
- Facilitate compliance with local, state, and federal regulations through monitoring and implementing action plans.
- Respond to customer inquiries, collaborate on dispute resolution, and coordinate communication between stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to prioritize tasks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to support business objectives and inform recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with management, team members, and business partners.
- Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies.
- Demonstrated capability to support process improvements and maintain quality control through documentation and validation.
- Aptitude for managing multiple priorities, adapting to change, and delivering results with integrity and accountability.
- Commitment to fostering positive working relationships and supporting team development through coaching and feedback.
1–3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite, customer service, or benefits administration
