Position Summary...
The Senior Director of the Ethics & Compliance Training & Awareness team is a critical role that is responsible for the design and execution of the Training & Awareness program for the world’s largest retailer. This role oversees a large team and works on developing plans to implement Global Ethics & Compliance strategic priorities. The role fosters cross-functional partnerships, drives continuous improvement, and champions a culture of accountability and ethical conduct across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
Aboutthe team:
This role is part of the Program Acceleration leadership team and will be responsible for partnering on broad Global Ethics & Compliance strategic initiatives. The Training & Awareness team plays a vital role by ensuring associates understand ethical and compliance responsibilities worldwide. This team manages training and awareness initiatives related to legal, regulatory, ethical, and policy risks. Responsibilities include developing relevant content, identifying appropriate audiences, and monitoring completion rates.

- Lead the development and implementation of compliance and ethics strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior business leadership and Global Governance stakeholders to communicate compliance expectations.
- Assess and update program governance to ensure enterprise objectives are met and appropriate measures of effectiveness are established.
- Lead content and design teams to define and integrate compliance and ethics content across delivery channels.
- Develop compliance learning platforms, training assignments, and performance metrics to drive insights and action.
- Foster a culture of integrity by promoting ethical standards and accountability across the organization.
- Extensive experience in compliance and ethics, learning and development, or related operational experience.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives turning big ideas into a practical program.
- Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational alignment.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and effective communication of complex compliance and ethics issues.
- Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing training programs and technological solutions to enhance compliance.
- Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and fostering a culture of integrity.
- Adaptability and proficiency in change management within dynamic regulatory environments.
