Senior Manager, Operations, Special Projects – Program Management, Excellence

Position Summary…As a Senior Manager, Operations, Special Projects – Program Management, Earnings Excellence, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support the team’s strategic priorities and oversee earnings operations for our independent contractors. Sitting within the Program Management function, this role drives end-to-end execution, reporting, and executive communications to deliver measurable impact and advance earnings excellence.

Our team is responsible for the seamless calculation, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings worldwide. We operate with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement, directly impacting both company performance and the experience of our global contractor network. This role is pivotal in setting best practices and driving operational rigor across the organization.

• Lead the execution of special projects aligned with Earnings Excellence strategic priorities, including digital innovation pilots, emerging business areas, and rapid-response task forces.
• Manage project execution activities and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
• Responsible for project reporting and metrics to track progress and impact.
• Prepare content for executive forums and team meetings to communicate progress and celebrate wins.

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, strategy planning, or strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks, risk mitigation, and digital transformation is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Managing small or medium scale change initiatives, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, Project Management Certification, Six Sigma certification. Masters, Masters:
