Position Summary
The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights will support the Senior Manager in developing, negotiating, executing, and tracking annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) agreements with MAP suppliers. This role is highly analytical and operational, owning financial modeling, contract development, reporting, and pacing to ensure supplier commitments align with growth objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in Excel, builds scalable reporting solutions, and partners cross-functionally to bring structure and accountability to JBP investments.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Assist in the review, development, and execution of annual JBP contracts across external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Develop official JBP contracts inclusive of legal terms & conditions and negotiated investment details
- Support negotiations by conducting financial analysis on annual spend, GMV, assortment, and distribution changes
- Analyze current spend-to-GMV ratios to build spend thresholds and growth expectations frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Yield, and MAP teams to align on supplier benefits and growth commitments
- Build and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for JBP suppliers including:
Investment amount, revenue distribution by tactic, benefit inclusion & provisioning, commitment pacing vs. plan & prior year, IAB T&C status - Route and track JBP contracts through approval and execution workflows
- Provide recurring reporting and insights to leadership on JBP status, risk areas, and pacing to commit
- Hold sales teams accountable to committed supplier investment levels
- Develop a streamlined, “one-stop shop” reporting solution to consolidate multiple trackers and dashboards into a clean, scalable system
- 1–3+ years of experience in finance, analytics, sales operations, retail media, or related field
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling basics)
- Analytical mindset with ability to connect data to business outcomes
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with cross-functional partners
- Experience working across teams (Sales, Finance, Ops, etc.)

SalaryThe annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
