Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide primary support to our NHM Operations team. In this role, you will help coordinate projects, business events, and travel logistics, while managing complex calendars for leadership and supporting a large, dynamic team. You will also provide indirect support to other teams and collaborate closely with a strong network of Executive Assistants across the business unit.
Whatyou’ll do About the Role:
Assist in coordinating projects, business events, and travel logistics, manage complex calendars, draft communications, compile business data, and serve as a key contact for associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule projects, company events, and business-related activities, ensuring cost efficiency and timely execution.
- Manage complex calendars for leadership and team members, anticipating needs and prioritizing requests.
- Organize and coordinate travel for executives and team members, including last‑minute changes and pre‑travel preparation.
- Draft, edit, and send communications on behalf of leadership, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Compile, forecast, and reconcile business and financial data; create and maintain reports and templates.
- Serve as a key contact and resource for associates, filtering and prioritizing requests for leadership.
- Mentor and guide other assistants, delegate tasks, and resolve internal and external customer requests.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, and support the implementation of business solutions.
- Model compliance with company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Experience supporting operations or large teams, preferably with executive‑level leaders.
- Strong skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, analytics, Workday, and operations reporting tools.
- Ability to manage through influence and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and last‑minute requests.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or 2 years’ experience in administration, operations, or a related area.
