Pay Rate:$137,400 - $183,200
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual and long-term incentive plans.

The Job You Will Perform:- This position provides leadership and direction over multiple facilities (typically 2 to
3) to ensure superior service. - Interacts with the planning, manufacturing, shipping and sales organizations to ensure proper support is provided and to problem solve customer issues and solutions.
- Act as a front line decision maker, managing major and significant customer accounts, some having enterprise agreements.
- Provides significant process and/or product expertise, and be a subject matter expert resource for other team members.
- Responsible for working with the Specialty and Retail Display Packaging team, internal and external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that the specifications of customers are met.
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, has more than 8 years’ experience in customer relations
- Preferred experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Eight or more years of customer relations experience in the Retail Display and Packaging Industry
- Customer focus
- Timely decision making
- Walmart Retail MVP knowledge preferred
