What you'll do...

* Drive execution of multiple procurement plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.

* Lead and develop procurement associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team.

* Develop and implement category strategies, identifying savings opportunities and managing supplier relationships to reduce risks and costs.

* Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support sourcing decisions and total cost of ownership evaluations.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex procurement challenges and influence business partners.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and contract management practices.

* Promote continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies.
