What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Monitor and evaluate digital agents’ interactions to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies
  • Identify and document issues in digital agent responses, collaborating with internal teams for improvements
  • Provide feedback for enhancing digital agent performance and participate in testing updates
  • Support human agents by ensuring proper escalation of complex customer issues
  • Review performance reports and provide insights to enhance workflows and customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment
  • At least 1 year of experience analyzing data trends and patterns
  • Experience with quality monitoring and process improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Hands‑on experience with generative AI, large language models, and agentic systems
  • Familiarity with data analytics and AI‑driven automation tools
  • Previous exposure to process improvement and content development
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and curiosity about system processes
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
